I would like to see published a synoptical presentation on the subject; “Why Unions?” A comprehensive view of the power and influence unions now exercise in business and government, a departure from the original purpose of providing support and assistance to workers; the fact that unions have “no skin in the game,” not being the risk takers in business, nor never having been duly elected by “we the people,” in govenment. How then is the sometimes brutal and unacceptable methods and behavior of unions any different from the protection rackets in the times of Dillinger and Capone? Light can extinguish the darkness, but darkness canno extinguish the light; shed light on the truth.

icate well. What a blessing! … and I am so thankful that you are using this ability in this arena. I really believe the only true hope for this country is found in 2nd Chron. 7:14. Of course, WE know that everyone who calls himself a christian is not necessarily one, and from what Jesus said in Matthew 7:21-23, the majority may not be. But God knows who is real, and if THOSE will do as required in 2nd Chron. – God would be able to “heal our land.” Being obedient to God’s Word is what God wants and expects from us.

Washington’s Three Year Profile – An Opportunity to Enlighten American Citizens
January 2012
As you may know, I’m an Independent Conservative who has acquired a level of disdain for our current administration’s policies and directions including Congress. If you are offended by this email please try to forgive me and move on. On the other hand, if you are still in a quandary as to what has gone on and which way to go, then please read on and the attachment I’ve sent.
I qualify the ‘Administration’ as being lead by President Obama who is now in campaign mode asking for another term of four years. Again, as before, he is talking gently with words we want to hear so that he will get our vote. Many have forgotten or did not know that the first two years of this Administration, 2008-2010, the Democrats held a majority in the House (278) and a super majority in the Senate (60). They had the power to develop and push forward any issue put on the table. However, they chose to address several social programs that would provide Washington with more power over Americans and the States.
As hard as Conservatives in Congress wanted to change the Presidents direction, they were relatively powerless. For two years, while the US economy was spiraling downwards with increasing unemployment, the Administration focused on Cap & Trade (defeated by a bi-partisan vote) and the Affordable Health Care Bill (commonly known as ‘ObamaCare,’ which passed without a Republican vote and forced upon all Americans). Both bills were not supported by a clear majority of the American people.
Some may say that the Administration did in fact address the economy by passing the Stimulus Bill, but looking at the details of where this money was spent shows no decrease in or slowing down the rise in unemployment. The attachment identifies several areas where this money was directed, which also touched on ‘crony capitalism’ something for which Washington is so famous.
During these first two years, the President did very little to work with the Republicans in Congress in a bi-partisan approach addressing the needs of the American people. The President did in fact commission a bi-partisan effort, led by non-elected individuals Erskin Bowles and Alan Simpson, to address the US Debt. The commission recommendation for substantial debt reduction was presented to the President which was shelved and ignored. Bottom line from this administration is: CONTINUE SPENDING WITHOUT CUTS!
There has not been a financial budget out of this Administration in almost three years, resulting in the House being forced to pass ‘Continuing Resolutions’ to fund the government. This Administration has failed to address the real problems we face, instead of meeting them head on they continue to ‘kick the can’ down the road.
Congressman Paul Ryan-R from Wisconsin presented a rather bold approach to reducing the US debt but was soundly rebuked by the Administration for not caring for the American people. In the debt discussions between House Democrats and Republicans, with both the President and Vice President in attendance, it was clear that it was ‘My Way or the Highway’ from both opposing parties. Nothing resulted from these meetings but more animosity and disdain for each other.
Washington is not addressing the needs of the American People. They are more interested in just moving the marbles around the table, making sure they get their votes for reelection, maintain their money making endeavors through methods such as Insider Trading, and the rest of us pay the bills they accumulate.
Below is my effort to define more concise, factual, and prioritized into categories for ease of reading. The bottom line is if you’re truly pleased and accepting of this Administration’s direction the past three years then vote President Obama another term. If not, then switch to the Conservative candidate and move America away from becoming another European socialistic society and avoid the pitfalls facing Greece, Spain, Italy, and others.
Most of our older generation won’t be impacted by the drastic changes the Administration is heading towards, but our children and grandchildren will suffer. God Bless all of you and pray that everything works out for the best.

* Delayed construction of the Keystone XL Oil Pipeline from Canada to Texas to 2013 resulting in 20,000 jobs put on hold; appeases Environmentalists during election time and opens the door for Canada to negotiate with China
BUDGET… US DEBT… TAXES…
* Forced upon Banks, TARP monies ($432B) which has mostly been repaid with interest
* Moved $500B from Medicare to initiate funding for Affordable Health Care Program
* Enacted Banking Regulations that did not affect Fannie Mae nor Freddie Mac which have received over $160B and currently requesting additional monies ($5B+) from taxpayers
* Abused Presidential Authority to spend money without Congressional involvement; over 100 Executive Orders issued and more to come; failed to engage congress on both sides
* Passed Stimulus Bill ($787-862B; CBO evaluates every 3mos), to be spent on ‘Shovel-Ready’ jobs addressing unemployment; later admitted jobs were not ‘Shovel-Ready’
* Disregarded America’s Debt; went from $10+T in ’09 to $14+T in ’11; President requests another $1.2T increase in the US Debt Ceiling to $16.4T in ’12
* Failed to develop/implement an Annual Budget for almost three years
* Introduced/Passed $1.3T Health Care Bill, Jun’09, with 65%+ non-voter support
* Pushed through financial bills Dec’10 during Lame Duck Session of Congress
* Failed to get actively engaged with Congress’ Super Committee of Twelve to address $1.2T in cuts over 10 years; Committee failed miserably to come up with agreed upon solution thus forcing automatic triggering cuts to the Military and General Fund
* Requested Tax Relief Extension (Social Security income flow) for one year, passed by the House, sent to the Senate where they rejected it, Senate submitted their bill with a two-month extension to the House, approved, and signed by the President. Completed in a one week period prior to Congress’ Christmas break; another ‘kick the can’ down the road
HEALTH CARE… IMMIGRATION… AMNESTY…
* Defied a Federal Judge’s Court Order to cease implementing the ‘Health Care Reform’ Law
* Required Americans to purchase a product from a Third Party (Affordable Health Care); but not all Americans: 2,000+ companies; Unions; ALL politicians, families, staffers, granted ‘OPT OUT’ exemptions for two+ years
* Ordered a Secret Amnesty Program that stopped deportations of Illegal Immigrants across the US; Including those with criminal convictions
* Threatened insurance companies if they publicly speak out on the reasons for rate increases
* Filed Immigration lawsuits against States he Swore an Oath to protect (AZ, AL, UT)
* Denied Voter ID law in SC by Department of Justice (DOJ) on discrimination grounds where twenty three other states have implemented such a law

* Committed $10B to Brazil for deep offshore drilling (Tupi Oil Field) w/PetroBras; George Soros was a major investor in PetroBras, a Brazilian company, at the time

To Richard Wilson- Truly an excellent composition of Obama an Government FAILURES! Only wish our so called Presidential Candidates would focus on some of these issues insteead of the stupid infighting they are wasting our money and time in an effort to gain our votes.
Obama must really be laughing ihis a– off knowing he is campaigning daily-on our dime-to raise money for ONE EVENT TO WIN IN 2012!
If these presidential candidates would stop the school boy antics of “gotcha” and concentrate on the real issues and the real goals, we might see more support from Americans who are ready for CHANGE(and not Obama’s).

I concur. The Tea Party is far from dead. In church to day I handed out 10 copies of the Tea Party Survival guide and told everybody its not about politics, but the truth of what is happening to our once great Country.

Speaking for myself – the ONLY priority I have is to defeat the leftist anti-American socialist, Obama. Then we can argue about the issues. If we don’t defeat him – wow! its Germany/Cuba/Venezuala/Russia(1917) Marzist takeover all over again. Speaking for many of the other people I saw at Tea Party protests against spending and loss of freedom who seemed to not all be Republicans all I can say is keep them on our side. Fighting apathy and denial are the biggest problems. We accept and love Romney because he basically thinks like an American. So does Cain. So does Palin. So do our favorites, Amy and Lloyd at Tea Party Express. As an unofficial/active Tea Party couple we do the same and have the same intensity, more donations, more emails daily, attend every rally or protest we can like last weeks Romney rally.
I think it’s great that the liberals think we’ve disappeared, so to speak. I would guess
we are stronger than ever. If they know we are very actively working on elections
they will work harder-we don’t want that! There are many Tea Partiers who don’t
belong to a Tea Party, but we really appreciate all of them and we will vote with them

I see the Tea Party in my State of MN being very Unorganized, and doing a terrible job of Recruiting New Members. Our State run GOP Leaders are pushing for the slate of Washington Insider Favorite Candidates, who will not stand a chance against the
well-oiled, Smooth, and Well Financed Obama, who will Snowball the bulk of Voters just like he did in 2008, and in my opinion, they will All Deserve What We Get!!!!!!!
The T.E.A. Party is alive and well in Charlotte County, Florida and Madison County, Indiana. Punta Gorda runs approximately 100. Englewood runs 150+/-. I have not been to the North Port meetings, YET! North Madison County had a good turn out when I visited. Central Madison County has a consistent turn out. The South Madison County group has good turn outs, too. Issues are discussed. People are heard. Actions are planned and promoted. Some TEA Parties have taken the step to endorse in the primaries. I personally look forward to the conventions. I believe that a favorite son/daughter will be presented who will embody Christian Conservatism, family values, smaller government and lower taxes while providing for the common good, reputable treaties and reasonable defense. My personal belief is that the criminal alien in the WH and his Islamic, socialist agenda will be overwhelmingly defeated!!!

I have been involved in politics at the Local level in 1964 and believe that most, if not all politics begin at the Local level.
The Body Politic of the United States are the folks in the hinterlands as opposed to the people who occupy the big cities on either coast and Chicago.
We are required to fight a “two-front war” (National and Local) against Liberalism and all its attending “isms” because the Left has infiltrated our governmental systems from the school and library boards, city, county and many state offices. While the Tea Party and other Liberty Groups are asking for, and receiving necessary assistance on the National level, it appears to me that the Local politics are being handed over to the Left.
We need to concentrate on Llocal politics as much as we need to work toward the goal of removing Obama and his toadies from the National scene.
Keep up the great work of stimulating interest among the Voters and building the resistance to the Liberals that infest our Nation.

I see the Tea Party Express. Is there any connection between it and the TEA Party?
“No budget, no pay” sounds reasonable to me. Get the Senate moving! My question is what individuals would this apply to. Would it apply to all Senators regardless of party and regardless of whether or not they have worked hard to achieve a budget or not, or would it only apply to those Senators who have blocked the goal? I believe it needs to apply to all Senators………….to force them to come up with and approve a budget plan. Also, what about their staff? This might be too much to possibly achieve, but applying this same principle to the staff of the Senators would also force hard work to achieve a reasonable budget. Thirdly, what would be the timeframe for achievement? It should be made clear that by a specific date, this budget must be approved or pay immediately ceases. These individuals, our public servants, need to get on with serving the American people, not telling us why they cannot. No more “dodge ball”, public servants!

I wholly believe in what the Tea Party is doing and what it represents as long as the organization never looses site of its original goals, To Serve the Best Interest of the People. I have recieved numerous emails through the “Tea Party” email network regarding “Michael Lombardi” and his Doom and Gloom messages, but in the end they always end like any other scam-email trying to tell people where they should invest their money, or to buy this book or some other product. well I have now jioned the unemployed and if you think you are going to scam me out of my last dime, which at this point I sorely need, you have another thing coming. If this continues I will make it “My” lifes work to educate people and prove to them that you are no different than the one percenters that have scammed this country out of it’s wealth. Please stop these “Tea Party Junk-Mail Ads.” the only way we are going to bring about change and prosperity back to the people is to take Washington back from the old school politicians. I like that there are no safe seats in the eyes of this organization, so lets keep our focus on showing Obama what real change is about and get these clowns off my e-mail.
Dustin, I watched your interview on Face to Face. I was impressed as to how articulate you are in expressing your views. I have been receiving emails from the teaparty.net, but have been hesitant to support the organization, because I truly don’t know “which” tea party is truly legitimate. However, after hearing you on Face to Face, I am now inclined to be supportive.
I need to do more research on “all” that you believe. One real concern I have is that you have been and still are non-supportive of Mitt Romney when he is our only hope. Another four years of Obama would be catastrophic!!! LET’S GET BEHIND OUR CANDIDATE, and our only hope at this point to oust Hussein Obama.

Many politicians succumb to the absolute power they receive when they establish themselves in Washington. Many get caught up with the prestige, the money and the many privileges that are afforded their position. Many retire in a far better financial position than they entered into Federal Service with. This quandary must be reversed.
National politicians need to be stripped of all special privilege and, most especially, reduced to one term, not to exceed that established in the Constitution, for those mentioned there in, or four years if not prescribed in the Constitution. This action will bring a fresh breath to the United States of America.
Our Constitution has nearly become a straw man interpreted by the judiciary. The rule of law is being exchanged for the rule of man.
A majority of our Representatives and Senators as well as their influential handlers are working ultimately to initiate action on legislation to give themselves the legislative authority to control the masses, for their own good! The pretext is the threat of any number of CRISIS perpetrated by real threats as well as the uncontainable/unidentifiable “boogieman”.
Because of failed political response to the “Will of the People”, the masses are beginning to respond. People and communities are identifying the problems and working to elect new leaders. Leaders, who hear their needs, and truly understand the needs of the greater community. Our dysfunctional Representatives and Senators who have been in control of our Nation for over 8 years need to step aside. By taking this action these many political agendas devastating our great Nation will be defeated and the “Will of the People” shall prevail.

You are so right I have yet to get an answer back from the RNC so Establishment. They asked for my contribution. I told them when they start supporting all the candidates especially the ones from the Tea Party I would consider it. I told them that I felt that because refused to support the RNC candidates in Massachusetts , Alaska and Nevada in 2010 they were partly responsible for why they lost. Now they are doing the same thing to Todd Akin in Missouri. Sometimes I wonder who’s side their are on. Look what it has cost us in the past,when they supported Snowe and Collins from Maine and the turn coat Spector from Pennsylvania. Glad we have gotten rid Lugar from Indiana. I wish I could contribute. But I only work part time since i got laid off 4 years ago and things have not been easy for my husband and I. He also got laid off and and he is working full time BUT he has taken a 75% pay cut in a job he found. Things have not been easy for us and it makes things hard having to balance my checkbook wondering how we will pay our bills each and every month. I am hoping and praying that Gov. Romney when he becomes President will make it easier for in the coming years. I have faith that jobs will come back and I will be able to find full time employment and my husband will get a better paying job. We need someone like Gov. Romney who knows what its like to be middle class and have to wonder where you or if you will have money to pay your bills each and every month. the framers of the Constitution, brilliant as they were, had the solution to lobbyist and influence peddling written into the constitution. we allowed it to be changed with the 17th amendment. If we were to abolish the 17th, the senators would once again be sent from the state legislature, and be responsible to the State from where they came, no longer could they be coerced and manipulated by lobbyist and special interests. If the senator wanted to stray from his duties to the state he represented, they could simply call him home and send someone else. The lobbyist could still influence the members of the house, but it would really do them no good as that would be only half the congress. This would solve the lobbyist/special interest problem.

Call me crazy. I’ve been looking at the group ‘Anonymous’. Yes, many of them are Liberal. Who cares? They still want to resist the government. This is called a ‘Day of Resistance’. AND- Anonymous does not stand for any one specific thing- only RESISTANCE.
I think getting together with these guys and agreeing on this one topic is the key to having a successful rally. Get both sides together. It’s how Egypt did it, and Anonymous is the group that would have the open mind to do so.

Personally, I have always feared guns, and refused to allow one in my home. However, I will fight to the death for your right to own a gun. Do I not fear a gun in the hands of a criminal or mentally ill person? Of course I do. I have been married to men who should never own guns. I believe in heavy penalties for idiots who allow guns to get into the hands of children. However, more than all of these combined, I am fearful of a government that bans gun ownership by law-abiding citizens.
For most of my life, I believed, as many liberals do, that citizens did not need to own guns. It took my Cuban husband and his friends to help me understand the importance of the Second Amendment. Carlos was a Cuban political prisoner, who at age 16, was sentenced to 5 years in prison for refusing to cut cane for Castro. He described a pre-Castro Cuba that was much like the U.S., where citizens owned property, ate good food regularly, and enjoyed most of the freedoms we take for granted. When Castro took power in Cuba, one of his first actions was to convince people to give up their guns. He told them they did not need guns anymore because Cuba was now a democracy, and would have free elections. Most of them willingly turned over their guns. Well, we see how that turned out!
If you don’t think life in Cuba is so bad, consider this: After he was released from prison, Carlos became a chemistry teacher of middle school age students. In Cuba, education is free, however, students must spend their school “breaks” in a field with machetes cutting sugar cane, supervised by their teacher. I used to sit and try to imagine my seventh grade class in a field with machetes, and that was a very scary picture. In Cuba, however, communist soldiers with rifles supervise students and teachers, so they take the job seriously. They must cut a predetermined amount of cane each day, or the entire group will be left in the field to finish the work, then walk back to town.
But of course, this is America! That could never happen here. Right? All it took in Cuba was a socialist/communist leader with a blatant disregard for the truth, and followers who blindly believed anything he told them. Many Cuban people did not believe Castro was a communist or a dictator until they saw Russian troops marching through the streets. I believe that gun control is one of the most important issues we face today. If we lose this battle, we have lost America!
I am willing to help with The Day of Resistance rally, however I do not have any ties to gun owners or organizations. I do not see a rally listed in Tampa. If anyone is interested in organizing one here, please contact me.

I’m an old VN vet. I’m disabled and part of it is PTSD. With this Universal gun check will guys like me be deemed as dangerous and mentally unstable? The VA is the Feds. I swore to never fight like that again. Even so, if I’m not willing to fight for my rights as many others have done, then what I did in the past is to no avail. So… I guess I’m going to be a reluctant warrior once again. I have not heard anything about the PTSD issue and gun registration. Do you know somebody who can find this out and get it in the open. I had an idea for Day of Resistance but as a working mom I don’t have much time to devote to planning out and organizing as much.
I wanted to run the idea past you, see what you thought, if you thought it would work or if it would be a hindrance.
It would require either
a) volunteered patriots willing to help if they believe it will be a big enough event or
b) require cooperation with who I have in mind, which has many many locations so there can be a list made like last time for patriots to go.
The day of the event I have planned in Saturday June 15th. This was an important day in history, back in the Revolutionary War. John Adams had suggested General George Washington be the one to lead the First Continental Army. He agreed under the condition that he would receive no salary.
Also, the theme for this Day of Resistance would be from a Thomas Jefferson quote, “The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time by the blood of patriots and tyrants.”
This event is not going to instigate violence, of course. More or less it will show conservatives, libertarians, constitutionalists and patriots support our troops and veterans, value the life of another, love thy neighbor, tolerate enemies and believe in fighting for the lives of ourselves and each other. It will make a real impact.
It will involve donating blood. The more the word is spread and the event supported the bigger impact it will have. It will be doing something good for our communities, have a real impact, other than just holding signs and showing up on YouTube. Using our freedom of speech is great, yes, but I want patriots to do something that actually means something, to everyone.
I want the news media to cover this, saying how record numbers of blood was donated all for a conservative cause. Our ancestors, forefathers and the veterans of the United States shed their blood to fight against tyranny and communism. The least we can do is shed a little bit of ours to give back and help out in return.
The Impeach Obama article is about as useless as Obama. You know as well asI do that as long as the Democrats hold a majority of the Senate seats, Obama has about as much chance being impeached as a snowball’s chances in hell.

Dustin! I think you’ve got it bass ackwards! The E. U. wants no genetically altered seeds. They should LOVE heirloom seeds.
I buy my tomatoes as plants, herlooms mixed in. I DO save seeds for pole beans and basil! Everybody should get familiar with growing their own food, not just Preppers. Do you know your average meal travels 1,400 miles to get to your plate? I’m no Global Warming Guy but that kinda thing is SO un-necessary.
