Real estate mogul Donald Trump has made it clear from day one that he finds something fishy about the constant concealment of President Obama’s past. He has accused him of being foreign-born, and has raised some serious questions about our president who, for some reason, seems to be a man whose past has significant holes and often changes to suit his purpose. Now, Trump is calling him out…
I will admit that I am not big on conspiracy theories. Elvis is not still alive and AIDS was not man-made. However, because I don’t jump at every conspiracy doesn’t mean we are not constantly being fed lies. Fast and Furious was a false-flag operation, the JFK assassination doesn’t add up, there’s a cover-up with regards to Benghazi and there are some serious reasons to believe much of what “birthers” and the like have to say about our president’s past. As Obama, himself, has changed his narrative to fit the needs of each opportunity in his life, it is impossible to figure out what is fact and what is fiction. Who knows the truth? Barack Obama, AKA Barry Soetoro does. So, Trump is putting his money where his mouth is.
“Donald Trump offered to pay $5 million to the charity of President Barack Obama’s choice if Obama releases his college and passport records, the real estate mogul and television personality said on Wednesday.
‘Frankly, it’s a check that I very much want to write,’ Trump said in a YouTube video released via his Twitter and Facebook pages.
Trump has questioned whether Obama’s birth certificate issued by the state of Hawaii is legitimate, suggesting Obama was not born in the United States, which could have made him ineligible for the White House. The White House released the long-form copy of Obama’s birth certificate in 2011.
Trump did not say what he expected the college and passports records to reveal but was specific in saying he wanted to see all of Obama’s college applications and records and his passport applications and records.
‘President Obama is the least transparent president in the history of this country,’ Trump said in the video.
‘If he releases these records it will end the question and indeed the anger of many Americans.’
Trump, who had toyed with the idea of running for the 2012 Republican presidential nomination, said the deadline for the release of the documents was 5 p.m. (2100 GMT) on October 31.”
Bravo to Mr. Trump for finally putting the ball in President Obama’s court. While Obama has flailed, accusing Mitt Romney of every malfeasance under the sun, including being a tax evader for refusing to release his private tax information, then surely the “transparent” president will have no problem letting us see what his background is? As he had no real experience for the job, his scholarly endeavors were supposed to suffice. But yet, we are not allowed to see them.
Everybody wins. If Obama acquiesces to Trumps deal, then a charity receives $5 million, Americans receive answers, and Barack can get back to his job (while he still has it.) If Obama is concerned with helping the disadvantaged, then let him release his transcripts.
