Funny to me, however, that people are still supporting the Tea Party even after they have been revealed as mega-rich business owners attempting to destroy the poor and middle class even further. Here’s a fact for you: over 90% of people who hide their inadequacies behind calling someone else a racist is in fact themselves a racist. Another fact: The Tea Party is not a political party as the left likes to tout, but, politically conscious Americans who believe in the purpose of the Constitution and the limited size of government.

Anti Tea Party people are obviously part of the 51% that do not pay any taxes. Most of these freeloaders get back ore money than they paid in taxes (EIC). Anyone who thinks it is a good idea for a government to continue to raise taxes to give more money to those that have less, but don’t really need it, is an idiot or a freeloader. Europe and California has embraced this for years and both are going broke. Anyone who is posting to this page obviously is not really poor. Anyone with a car, flat screen TV, cable, Internet, computer, is not really poor. Having les than others does not make you poor. I’m in the tea party and I’m a middle class disabled vet. My mother is in the tea party and she is a middle class retired secretary. We both live pay check to pay check. All my tea party friends are middle class (all of us probably lower middle class) and none of them or any other tea party members I meet with or have met are mega-rich business owners. Where you got your mis-information about the tea party must have come from a liberal media source. Why not go to a rally and see for yourself. Over 75% of the members are retired and living on their social security, or young families with young children barely making ends meet. They come in all races, with a good percent being Latino or Afro-American. Even young High School students usually with the biggest banners and the loudest cheering come in droves.
My husband and I are both Tea Party supporters and we are retired and living on Social Security. This is a grass roots organization that wants to limit government, cut government spending and give the USA back to the citizens.

The purpose of all this is to prepare the citizens of the USA for the really bad stuff he is going to perform after his re-election starting 21 Jan 2013. The intentional collapse of the US economy will have a much deeper and profound impact on the world than the fall of the Roman Empire, and we know that collapse brought in the Dark Ages. His actions will cause a general collapse of the US, an added bonus for them, but the economic collapse may be enough for “them” to accomplish their end state, which is to usher in the New World Order. We all know who we get when this New World Order comes into being.

I don’t know what you are smoking, but Republicans and Tea Party members alike believe in EQUALITY and opportunity. They are working hard to move this country forward in the ways that the founding fathers set forth. They ARE “investing in the future” by trying to conserve government spending so that our children might not face an overwhelming deficit, a deficit ten times greater than that with which we are faced today. “Accountability” and “responsibility” are good things when enforced in moderation, but when they are forced upon the American public in the form of Obamacare and other poorly managed and expensive entitlement programs, they encroach upon our FREEDOM… The freedom for which the African Americans fought, the freedom for which the founding fathers fought, and the freedom that millions of immigrants wait for and pray for every year. Freedom is the most important value in America, and Obama’s liberal policies are threatening the freedom of Americans. If you can’t see that already, then perhaps we should move to another country and let you run this one into the ground. Maybe then you will listen.

I was a member of a tea party group that formed in early 2010 just north of Philadelphia. the group had no money, had collection jars at meetings to help reimburse the leaders for the expenses they fronted. Then an organization called Americans for Prosperity (funded partially by Koch money) rented an empty store front and got a computerized phone system for our group. Fact: our tea party group was NOT created by Koch, we were a grassroots penniless group before AFP gave us a place to meet. We have a hard time understanding how liberals work against your own long term interests by being willing to live on the “government plantation.” The Obama rhetoric of “redistributing the wealth” is only possible when the wealth first exists in a somewhat free capitalist economy. As PM Thatcher so elegantly said, the problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people’s money. At that time the level playing field will get lower and lower, and government control will get bigger and bigger. The tea party does not want to see us heading in the same direction as France, Greece, Venezuela, Cuba and North Korea. All of these countries have universal health care, or what in many cases should be called a universal lack of health care (by US standards) as the country’s wealth diminishes.
Seriously. Just because you’re *part* of a movement doesn’t mean you represent your movement. Yes, the people who got the tea party elected are just your average American. They are not millionaires, they are not funded by some multibillion dollar corporation or any of that jazz.

All of this I built. No one made it happen! As a matter of fact, the government stood in my way. You see, when it was time for me a 31 year old white male to ask the bank and the government for a loan (not a grant or hand out) they said NO! One honest banker closed his office door and asked me “is there any way you can put it (the business) in your wife’s name? I told him no, I was not going to do that. He then told me “if you put it in her name I could approve your loan”. He further stated “if only you were black I could approve this as a government backed loan”.
I built it any way! I sold every thing I had including my small retirement from a previous job. The Government of course penalized me for early with drawl of my retirement. So they sure as hell did not help. I risked my hose and every thing I had. I BUILT IT!!! I am very proud I have built it and I have made it despite the cards of reverse discrimination being stacked against me! I have made it to the 1%! So you see little Timmy if you work very very hard you can do any thing no matter what. Just do it!
I have been reading the post and was hoping someone would convey how it felt to be the average American who doesn’t get the help because we are not considered the minority. My husband started his business while we had 3 babies at home…no one would loan us start up for our business! We went through every penny in our savings, ate rice & beans, did without vacations & did not shop for fun! After 26 years of business ownership & still going…I can honestly say that the only ones we should thank are our God & family for instilling in us the fortitude to weather the ups & downs of owning a business in spite of our government!

I’m not rich, my husband makes a modest living and we have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. We have been with the Tea Party since the beginning and I have never talked to any mega rich Tea Party people at any events.

Where you got your mis-information about the tea party must have come from a liberal media source. Why not go to a rally and see for yourself. Over 75% of the members are retired and living on their social security, or young families with young children barely making ends meet. They come in all races, with a good percent being Latino or Afro-American. Even young High School students usually with the biggest banners and the loudest cheering come in droves.
My husband and I are both Tea Party supporters and we are retired and living on Social Security. This is a grass roots organization that wants to limit government, cut government spending and give the USA back to the citizens.

The intentional collapse of the US economy will have a much deeper and profound impact on the world than the fall of the Roman Empire, and we know that collapse brought in the Dark Ages. His actions will cause a general collapse of the US, an added bonus for them, but the economic collapse may be enough for “them” to accomplish their end state, which is to usher in the New World Order. I happened to be watching the morning Rick Santelli made his rant. My response was not…. “Oh that makes sense, I’ll believe that.” Nope. My thoughts were , like most other tea party member I have ever met, FINALLY someone had the brass to state the TRUTH. (Mr. Santelli is your unnamed evil stock trader. Options actually, but I won’t bore you with any true facts.)
The only people I know who seem to be brainwashed tend to be flaming progressives. Mindlessly spouting the same talking points the propaganda machine bombards us all with. A goodly portion of the funding supporting that machine, originates from george soros. Now there IS an evil slime bucket. Check the facts on how be acquired his billions. Hint: Through the destruction of whole economies, to the detriment of all. Especially the poorest.

I was a member of a tea party group that formed in early 2010 just north of Philadelphia. the group had no money, had collection jars at meetings to help reimburse the leaders for the expenses they fronted. Then an organization called Americans for Prosperity (funded partially by Koch money) rented an empty store front and got a computerized phone system for our group. Fact: our tea party group was NOT created by Koch, we were a grassroots penniless group before AFP gave us a place to meet. We have a hard time understanding how liberals work against your own long term interests by being willing to live on the “government plantation.” The Obama rhetoric of “redistributing the wealth” is only possible when the wealth first exists in a somewhat free capitalist economy. As PM Thatcher so elegantly said, the problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people’s money. At that time the level playing field will get lower and lower, and government control will get bigger and bigger. The tea party does not want to see us heading in the same direction as France, Greece, Venezuela, Cuba and North Korea. All of these countries have universal health care, or what in many cases should be called a universal lack of health care (by US standards) as the country’s wealth diminishes.

Seriously. Just because you’re *part* of a movement doesn’t mean you represent your movement. Yes, the people who got the tea party elected are just your average American. They are not millionaires, they are not funded by some multibillion dollar corporation or any of that jazz.
The people *running* for office, the people you *put* into office are. The Koch brothers personally financed several different Tea Party candidates and got them into office. The *majority* of Tea Party candidates had/have no clue on what it takes to run a public office. They are just as ignorant as Obama is.
Regardless of how the vote comes out in November, we’re screwed. I just hope to hell Obama doesn’t get elected again. I don’t want Romney in power, but I don’t want Obama in power again more so.

Dear Patriots, Sadly, you’re wasting your time trying to reason with these radical left Obama drones. They only want a government that supports their financial needs from the cradle to the grave. They turn a blind eye to what’s happening in Greece and most of Europe. They represent the 51% that pay no taxes, just bleed the system for all they can get. I call them freeloaders and deadwood. If somebody else made that happen for us, then they should pay the taxes too. If you didn’t build it, then you shouldn’t have to pay the taxes.

I guess this MIGHT BE true if you are a minority (yes I said it) and you took government assistance to start your company. I can see where HE is coming from HE simply does not know the struggle of the “unprotected group”. The group that by law CAN be discriminated against and IS discriminated against by the very laws of this country. HE simply only knows how HE has lived with all those entitlements. I guess HE thinks every one gets some type of entitlement.
I am in that “unprotected group”. I was brought up in middle class America. I only have a high school education and am dyslexic. However, I am a business owner and have been in busyness since 1999. All of this I built. No one made it happen! As a matter of fact, the government stood in my way. You see, when it was time for me a 31 year old white male to ask the bank and the government for a loan (not a grant or hand out) they said NO! One honest banker closed his office door and asked me “is there any way you can put it (the business) in your wife’s name? I told him no, I was not going to do that. He then told me “if you put it in her name I could approve your loan”. He further stated “if only you were black I could approve this as a government backed loan”.
I built it any way! I sold every thing I had including my small retirement from a previous job. The Government of course penalized me for early with drawl of my retirement. So they sure as hell did not help. I risked my hose and every thing I had. I BUILT IT!!! I am very proud I have built it and I have made it despite the cards of reverse discrimination being stacked against me! I have made it to the 1%! So you see little Timmy if you work very very hard you can do any thing no matter what. Just do it!

I have been reading the post and was hoping someone would convey how it felt to be the average American who doesn’t get the help because we are not considered the minority. My husband started his business while we had 3 babies at home…no one would loan us start up for our business! We went through every penny in our savings, ate rice & beans, did without vacations & did not shop for fun! After 26 years of business ownership & still going…I can honestly say that the only ones we should thank are our God & family for instilling in us the fortitude to weather the ups & downs of owning a business in spite of our government!
